Authenticity

All our guzhengs are authentic and come directly from the brands' factories.  

Factory Warranty

All our guzhengs come with factory warranty. Buyers are in charge of shipping cost for warranty services. 

Shipping 

Currently we offer international air shipping for all guzhengs to all countries. 

If the package is lost or damaged by your local carrier, please work with your carrier to resolve the issue. Send us an email, and we will also help facilitate the process. 

Exchange and Return

We do not accept exchange on accessories or instruments.

We do not accept return on accessories, including guzheng stands.

Return of our instrument is accepted if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery. The instrument and its accessories must be in unused condition, with tags if applicable. A 15% restocking fee will be charged upon return, and original shipping cost will be deducted from refund. Buyers are in charge of return shipping cost.
