Shipping and Return

Authenticity

All our guzhengs are authentic and come directly from the brands' factories.  

Factory Warranty

All our guzhengs come with factory warranty. For U.S. buyers, Austin Guzheng Studio serves the warranty service for all the guzhengs we sell. Buyers are in charge of shipping cost for warranty services. 

Shipping 

Currently we offer free international shipping for all guzhengs to all countries. 

For some models, we are offering free cargo shipping if included a tag in the title listing [cargo]. If not labeled otherwise, default shipping included is through air. 

cargo - ocean, train, land (depending on the country you are shipping to, from time of order it usually takes 45-55 days).

air - plane, from time of order, usually takes 7-15 days worldwide. 

If the package is lost or damaged by your local carrier, please work with your carrier to resolve the issue. Send us an email, and we will also help facilitate the process. 

Exchange and Return

Return or exchange of our instrument is accepted if within 7 days of delivery. The instrument and its accessories must be in unused condition, with tags if applicable. A 15% restocking fee will be charged upon return/exchange, and original shipping cost will be deducted from refund. Buyers are in charge of return/exchange shipping cost.
